Starting out as Guisewite Tank Truck service, the business was heavily involved in the oil business of the Illinois Basin throughout the 1980's. 

The next generation of the business was Jeff Guisewite, Inc. as they moved into the demolition and earthmoving phase of their business to assist in development of the tri-state.

Finally, the newly established Guisewite Excavating & Recycling, LLC (GER) encompasses all of the wisdom and experience that the Guisewite family has earned from their decades of work in the tri-state.
